At PEAK6, we've meticulously designed our summer internship program to immerse students and about-to-be graduates in fintech while giving under-represented groups real, hands-on experience. Each experience is curated to help students determine if fintech and trading perfectly match their goals. Interns will engage in unparalleled opportunities to learn and grow, whether their interests lie in the finance or software side of fintech. Our team is eager to share their expertise, providing hands-on experience and real-world projects to help each intern thrive.

Learn the fundamentals of trading with priceless hands-on learning experience. This trading internship program is for women-identifying college juniors. Accepting applications beginning in July with interviews throughout the fall.
TRADING INTERNSHIP
One week | May & AUGUST | Chicago
Two sessions are available (May and August) for an intense boot camp in equity options and markets at our Chicago Board of Trade headquarters. This program is designed for college juniors. Accepting applications in August with interviewing in the spring.
TECHNOLOGY INTERNSHIP
Nine weeks | JUNE - AUGUST | Chicago
Explore financial technology through an all-women+ summer internship cohort (founded by PEAK6 co-founder, Jenny Just). This program is for women-identifying college juniors. Accepting applications beginning in July with interviews throughout the fall.
Trading
Chicago
This is our entry level opportunity for graduating seniors. It is an 18-month program that focuses on education and growth. TA’s get basic training and obtain their Series 57 license within two months of their start date so they can start trading.
Technology
Chicago
Hone your programming skills in this entry-level role focusing on the fintech industry and how your work impacts the end-user. This position is perfect for graduating college seniors. Accepting applications beginning in July with interviews throughout the fall.
