Benefits/HRIS Analyst

As a member of the HR Team at PEAK6, you’ll have a big impact on the firm. You’ll leverage your strategic and hands-on Benefits/HRIS experience and knowledge to help us build and elevate our Benefits programs for over 1000 employees across the org. Additionally, you’ll bring vision and value to our organization and employees, in a rapidly growing environment and team.  Our success brings us unique challenges - join us as we build innovative and creative solutions! 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Benefits
    • Overseeing day to day benefits administration
    • Acting as integral partner in annual plan review and design discussions for all of Peak6 entities
    • Educating new employees on benefit offerings and assist employees with benefit questions
    • Partnering with HR Operations team to support leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
    • System configuration for benefits changes, including maintenance of life events and Open Enrollment configuration
    • Reviewing and resolving carrier file feed errors
  • Technology & Analytics
    • Assisting in managing benefit and HR system related projects
    • Acting as system administrator for some/all HR systems
    • Co-facilitating system implementations and upgrades
    • Aiding in developing company-wide and multi-system HR reports, including dashboards and metrics

 

 You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:

  • 4+ years of benefits experience, including plan design
  • 4+ years HRIS experience, including reporting and implementations
  • Experience with UltiPro HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Flexibility to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
  • Strong communication and organization skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • The ability to help manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize accordingly and maintain attention to detail
  • The ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
