President of PEAK6

Mr. Goldberg is the President of PEAK6 where he partners with leaders who oversee trading, technology, and retail brokerage to manage PEAK6’s growth.  He joined PEAK6 in December 2008 after spending 11 years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as the General Manager of Bing.   In his role as General Manger, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for product management, consumer marketing, distribution, and revenue management for the Bing search product.

During his time at Microsoft Mr. Goldberg held a number of executive management roles across Microsoft’s online, platform, and enterprise businesses.    Prior to Microsoft, he worked in management consulting for A.T. Kearney, and also served as the Assistant to the President of Nippon Tectron in Japan.

Mr. Goldberg graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Amherst College.  He completed post graduate work in Japan at the Inter-University Center for Japanese language studies, where he passed the highest level of the Japanese Proficiency Test, certifying fluency in Japanese.   He later earned his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was awarded second year honors.
