Mike Salem
Partner
Mr. Salem joined PEAK6 in 1998 as a senior trader. He managed the Designated Primary Market and floor trading operation and was an active CBOE committee member until 2003. Previously, Mr. Salem led the joint venture of J.O.E. and managed the show desk and stock trading group. Before coming to PEAK6, Mr. Salem was an equity trader at SBC Warburg and later traded independently. Mr. Salem is currently a trader and heads commodities, broker relations, and white space.
Mr. Salem received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Northwestern University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Salem serves on the board of directors at Steppenwolf Theatre, is active in community and charity work, and has competed in mixed martial arts.
